§ q & a

Questions you're already typing.

Do you train on my code?

No. We never train on customer code, tickets, or docs. Your context stays your context. Enterprise customers can self-host so the bits never leave your network at all.

What happens if an agent does something dumb?

Every write is reversible. PRs are drafts. Calendar changes show a diff before applying. Slack replies queue for review. The audit log has the receipts. You can un-hire any agent with a toggle.

Does it replace engineers?

It replaces the tedious parts of an engineer's day. The slot where a staff engineer says "I could do this in my sleep but I don't want to" — that's the slot Freddy fills. The good parts stay yours.

Which codebases does it work well on?

Best with TypeScript, Python, Go, Ruby, Rust, Java, Kotlin. We've tested on monoliths up to 4M LOC. Weird legacy stuff (Cobol, Haskell) works but needs a setup call.

What if I need to turn it off mid-sprint?

Cancel anytime. No minimums after the first month. Your data is exportable as JSON within 10 minutes of request.

Is there a hobby tier?

Yes — Tinkerer is free forever. You get 3 read-only agents on your personal repos. No credit card.

Try Freddy for a week. See the calendar breathe.
